The San Antonio Radio Club sponsors two annual $1,000 scholarship for an Texas ham radio operator attending a accredited college, university or trade school . The scholarship is administered by the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation.
All applicants must be active, FCC-licensed hams, and must complete and submit the online application on the ARRL website. Applicants must also forward a pdf copy of their academic transcript(s) from their most recently completed school year to foundation@arrl.org by the date shown below. Applications without accompanying transcripts will not be considered.

The ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants for eligibility and award decisions. Scholarship recipients will be notified in May 2024 via USPS mail and email.
